• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
