NOX offers two premium subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: ₹450/month - Valid for 30 days, requires manual renewal
• Yearly Plan: ₹3,600/year - Valid for 365 days, requires manual renewal
• All subscriptions include: 150 AI messages/day (server total), 60 image uploads/day (server total), AI-powered features, and priority support.

You can cancel your NOX premium subscription at any time. Here is what you need to know:

• No Cancellation Needed: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Simply do not purchase again when it expires.
• Access Until Expiration: You will have access to premium features until the end of your subscription period.
• Manual Renewal: You must manually purchase a new subscription before expiration to continue access.
• Expiration Notices: You will receive email reminders before your subscription expires.
• Support: Contact support@noxbot.com if you have questions about your subscription.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time premium subscribers:

• Eligibility: Available only for first-time premium purchases (one per Discord server).
• Timeframe: Request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase.
• Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of the subscription amount.
• No Questions Asked: We process refunds without requiring detailed explanations.
• Premium Access: Your premium access will be terminated upon refund issuance.

Refunds are generally not provided except in the following cases:

• Within 7-Day Guarantee Period: As described above.
• Service Outage: If NOX is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription.
• Refunds Not Available For: Change of mind after 7 days, violation of Terms of Service, or abuse of bot features.

Once your refund is approved, here is what happens:

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 6-8 business days.
• Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
• Bank Processing: Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to credit the amount.
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
• Receipt: A refund receipt will be provided for your records.
