NOX offers three premium subscription plans processed securely via Razorpay:

• Trial Plan: ₹399 / $4.99 - Billed once (valid for 1 month), requires manual renewal if you wish to upgrade to a recurring plan
• Monthly Plan: ₹1,249 / $14.99 per month - Auto-renews automatically every month unless cancelled
• Yearly Plan: ₹12,499 / $149.99 per year - Auto-renews automatically every year unless cancelled
• All subscriptions include: 300,000 input tokens/day, 25,000 output tokens/day, 60 image uploads/day (server total), AI-powered features, and priority support.

You can cancel your NOX premium subscription at any time. Here is what you need to know:

• Cancel Anytime: You can easily cancel your auto-renewing subscription via the Premium tab on your bot configuration dashboard (/config).
• Access Until Expiration: Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period.
• No Further Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Your subscription will simply expire at the end of the current cycle.
• Trial Plan Expiry: The Trial plan is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew; it will expire automatically after 30 days.

• Eligibility: Available only for first-time premium purchases (one per Discord server).

Refunds are generally not provided except in the following cases:

• Within 7-Day Guarantee Period: As described above.
• Service Outage: If NOX is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription.
• Refunds Not Available For: Change of mind after 7 days, violation of Terms of Service, or abuse of bot features.

Once your refund is approved, here is what happens:

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 6-8 business days.
• Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.
• Bank Processing: Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to credit the amount.
• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
• Receipt: A refund receipt will be provided for your records.
